The so-called COA is from Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators (GFA).

Ebay seller Alecham_4 writes "A forensic item is more than an opinion, it is knowledge and skill application a forensic expert is certified."

Now that's a good laugh.

As of today, May 10, 2023 (GFA opened its doors in Sept. 2011), I have yet to observe an authentic autograph with a COA from Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators.  Not one.

Look at this garbage.   Mass-produced forgeries out of Florida.
