Elon Musk Will Not Sign Autographs ‘Ever Again’ As He Warns Assassination Risk Is ‘Quite Significant’

The days of getting Tesla and Twitter CEO's autograph appear to be over after telling autograph seekers at Dulles International Airport Saturday night, "To be clear, I'm not doing anymore autograph signings ever again." This comes after saying that the threat of him being assassinated is very high and a legit threat. His security detail is quite present in the video, showing that he's taking threats very seriously.

So what has changed? His recent acquisition of Twitter and changes made on the platform are driving these threats to his life.

Prior to his announcement, Elon was a willing signer when you could find the elusive tech billionaire out or at airports. Items signed by Musk sell between $2,000-$6,000.

What's really amazing, but not surprising, is that Elon Musk is for free speech, but is being threatened.  Makes me sick and angry,

He's being threatened because he took away a politicized weapon (twitter). Now with him exposing what was happening behind the scenes at Twitter and who was all involved in that, he's right to be very cautious going forward.
