Exclusive: Jerry Gladstone of ARA's Testimony on Fake Signing Photos

Fascinating testimony from last fall's taped American Royal Arts v. Frank Caiazzo hearing that wasn't covered in the ABC News 20/20 segment or the Inside Edition segment on American Royal Arts.

These are the altered photos Autograph discovered: http://live.autographmagazine.com/photo/albums/american-royal-arts-fake

My daddy didn't raise a fool. Something stinks real bad in that courtroom.

So who was the authenticator that they were using?
Because they say they were authenticated at the original place and then again after received at ARA.
They are probably using the same authenticator on both ends.
But it sounds like this guy Gladstone knows how to cover his own butt and do all of the song and dance.
If I was the lawyer questioning him after he stated "Don't you ever say I doctored something" and the judge told him to be quiet I would have said "So after you doctored said photos" just to get another reaction.

The company they purchased the guitars use Christopher Morales for authentication. In fact, he was listed as one of their executives until Jerry Gladstone sued them. The authenticators ARA hires themselves include Christopher Morales, E'Lyn Bryan and Mike Frost of P.A.A.S.

On all my Elvis "COA" autograph artwork, those 2 are the Forensic Examiners on file Christopher Morales and E'Lyn Bryan. As Gladstone spoke, after he called me yesterday, I just got chills down my spine. This guy is slick!

I think the testimony video says it all: Gladstone says that he isn't selling forgeries before he's even asked.

I am still having nightmares about by 6 pieces of Elvis artwork, autographed, that I purchased from Jerry and ARA, I look at my walls and just want to pull my hair out. Approx. about $20,000 invested. And it blows my mind that this guy and his "Gallery" is still in business. How can this be??? I wrote to Jerry told him, I'd ship the crap back that he sold me, but no response, and won't take my calls. I know I am partially responsible for "trusting" but the pictures of the Gallery, and seeing Brian Wilson, or the artist for EPE estate (Elvis Presley) Joe Petruccio all sell their artwork thru ARA, a smooth operator, hope he burns in hell!

Yeah, Gladstone and his sales rep./mgr., Jason Cornely at American Royal Arts got me on John, George, and Paul and refuse to honor their (ARA) guarantee.  At least my Ringo lp was authenticated by Frank Caiazzo. The fraud has killed my enthusiasm for autograph collecting. Anybody want to buy some Beatles autographs? (Ringo signed Yesterday and Today album framed with peeled Butcher Block, authenticated by Perry Cox.)

@Alan:

What did you buy from ARA? Who authenticated it? Do you still have the stuff?
