The inscription is written by John Lennon....this particular promo card was released in September 1963 in the UK...NICE examples!!!

They both look real to me. We can't tell if they're printed signatures based on the images alone, but if the items you're looking aren't printed autographs, I would be very surprised if they were not genuine.
