The black and white looks good to me. The color one is a bit different but I'm thinking good as well due to the fact is inscribed. Why would a forger inscribe it? Not sure if Roger ever used secretaries or not. Someone else would probably know.

Bottom has rather awful contrast and confusing presentation. Should be discounted - lab 11x4 or otherwise.
