I believe this is the same forgery that was pulled from a Lelands Auction a few months ago.  Seller is trying to peddle it everywhere with no luck.

This one was at Antiquities of California in San Francisco. Im new to the autograph game, and i know its ben mentioned that the antiquities stores sell alot of fakes. They were asking for 3500 framed for that piece. My question is , is everything the antiquities stores sell fake? Thanks for all the help .

No, but I haven't seen any rare or valuable music or entertainment autographs that I trusted.
