The only reason an ultra rare Beatles item would be 50% off in addition to being underpriced to begin with would be because it is either in especially poor condition or completely fake. In all likelihood, it's the latter. Do you happen to have any photos of the item and certificate?

Yes in all counts

Steven,

A band-signed Sgt. Peppers album sold last £74,500 at Bonhams in the UK. That's about $96,000 US. The reason it sold for that little was that Ringo signed it in the late 1990s, 20 years after John, Paul and George signed it.

Otherwise it probably would have sold for $150,000+. They have sold for as much as $292,000.

You're not recommended to take it right?

He's another from Antiquities. I just noticed the Showcase Authentics sticker on this one.

That's an AAU (Drew Max) sticker.

Yes. The one under it is Showcase Authentics. A leading wholesaler of fine custom memorabilia.

I've seen the Antiquities frames pulled apart and it's a cheap production, nothing that you would frame authentic autographs for preservation.

Cheap and nasty like their fake crap.

How did they frame it?
There were screws through leather jackets, stuff stuck with adhesive that you couldnt salvage.
Framed like a bad art project.
Sounds like what we saw years ago with American Royal Arts. One of our members took apart one or more of his displays that he bought from the company. Posters and albums glued onto foam backboards.
One of the frames had a cut off electrical cord inside of it. It must of been an old frame for something else.
