Oh yeah and bidders fighting over it based on the sellers proficiency of being a good packer and fast shipper. For those shipping costs that should be expected.

That's hilarious.

Look at this crap from Ebay seller Roxcollectibles.

Gotta love the following description:

"See photos for condition as there is wear to the paper below tje signature, stains from ink and age etc. I feel that goes to its authenticity. "

Hilarious!!!

Hmm, May 6th 1777, Washington is in Morristown to sit out the winter months where he set up camp for his troops since Jan 1777.  He is coming off some historic victories over the British and is in the process of re organizing his troops for yet another few long months of fighting.

Not sure myself but I don't think that he would have been signing personal receipts during this important phase of his campaign.

Oh, its the autograph you were inquiring about, well enough said but thanks for the good laugh.

maybe he was signing for secretariat. I would have demanded a receipt for him too.

I smell something fishy...Please look at his feedback.  Sums it right up

has anyone made contact with this guy yet?

have the honors...
