Authenticity is Everything
Geeez,,where is that thread that(dare say) Roger questioned a Frank autogrtaph...
I saw it a year or two back.
Can some one point me to it now,......
He seemed to ....well don't know.
I am getting ready to sue Frank C because he has in essence stolen 30K from me.
Meaning thirty thousand dollars.
He sold it...and I haven't gotten paid.....
Pieces I have consigned with him.
It say's sold.....on his website....yet.....well.....
and it has gone on for years............................................................
This is a serious question..............................

you know what you have to Tommy if you feel cheated, so do it fast. GET YOUR LAWYER INVOLVED. I think there may be a statute of limitations in your state. In CA it's 4 years I believe.

If that is true, request to have it returned to you. I would say he would be required to do that. Contact the Attorney General of the state Frank resides in if necessary.

I am only here to tell you my story.
And Frank C.......well.....has screwed me over. Bigtime.
He won't pay me......
But ultimately it is up to the courts to decide.....
Compensation. And..My lawyers fees. He will not pay....I guess.
We will see what the courts say..................................................................

I just saw your post and emailed a mutual friend of Frank's who talks to him often. I haven't spoken with Frank in years. I'm in meetings this morning and will read all of this discussion when I get out.

The title of the post..... Every "dealer" always comes under accusations. Until they are proven - well they are just that. I want to look into whether he was giving out letters when he shouldn't have been.

2007-8 is back when he was sued by American Royal Arts.
I've never known Frank as anything but straight-forward and a stand-up guy, so your post surprised me. I'll touch base with my friend later on to see if he has an update.
The album you asked about is a Beatles '65. Even the best authenticators make mistakes. Frank is sure it's genuine, but I saw Roger's points. I think Frank authenticated it back in 2004-2005.
