This is a VIP item that was handed out to 50 people during the premiere. I am aware to a degree that this was indeed true

i plan to purchase this but I want to know your valuable opinions on this.

After researching fakes as well as real ones i have come to a conclusion that it is real but you are free to change my mind

None of those signatures look real to me. There's a guy on ebay in the US doing this with every movie release... saying they came from a premiere at the El Captain Theater. It looks like they're making up stamps and printing letters to go with them to make them look more authentic. But the signatures don't lie.

so your saying that the studio heads signatures are faked? This looks like an official document. Shouldn't the seller be arrested or sued for selling so called official documents?

Im used to seeing fake Autos, but faking a document like that is way off in my books

What I am saying is that when you authenticate an item you need to ignore any stories of provenance, letters of authenticity, etc., and focus on the signatures themselves. These signatures are not authentic, in my opinion. This guy's going to make $1500 on something worth $0, so why not put in the effort into making a nice letter and stamp and hologram stickers? They all work to get people to focus on something other than the signatures. Look at them.

The only other item this seller is listing is a Dark Knight Rises poster that also does not contain authentic signatures. You're paying through the nose for a fancy "certificate", some cute stamps, and a flashy hologram.

Is this real or not? I really got scammed on this deal if it is?

It's not.

What really, really surprises me is how widespread this is for something that never actually happens in real life.

Forging a poster that actually exists is one thing, but somehow this caught on despite it being a forger invented trend.

Cast/crew signed posters are not distributed at movie premieres. That is not a thing.

I'm not sure if the forgers actually believe the other forgeries and think that they're piggybacking on an actual tradition or if they know it's made up out of whole cloth and are sticking with it anyway, because buyers can't figure it out, but this is not a thing.

If someone tells you it's a thing, they're probably trying to sell you one. Do not buy it.

This Lee here is without a doubt a forgery.
