Hello -
I have a 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan that I got 1992 and the autograph was supposed to be signed in the late 80's.
I know his signature has changed over the years and wanted opinions on its authenticity?
Thanks!
Perhaps a flat on scan at high DPI? These photos are very hard to see - especially with ballpoint. That may be why no one is answering your question.
The autograph is very difficult to see in the photo. If you can post a good resolution scan I think you will get some opinions. I would add, the autograph isn't the first thing people will examine on this card. Even by 1992 there were mountains of fake 86 Jordan cards on the market. A higher resolution scan (front and back) can also be used to make sure the card itself is legit. Alternatively, I would consider sending the card to Beckett to authenticate both the card and the autograph. Given the potential value of both being authentic, it would be well worth the cost.
