Authentic Stevie Ray Vaughan?

Bought this off a lady that said she's had it over 20 years. Photo looks and feels 20 years old, sort of tatterd and worn on the edges etc. She had a certificate of authentication that came with it but I couldn't find anything from the authenticator online. I've got mixed reviews and feelings about the piece...any help is greatly appreciated!

Although I’m not 100% sure, I believe this looks ok to me..

At first I thought no, but after comparing it to one of mine, I think it is good.

Here is one of my signed CDs for comparison.

Ok thanks for the help. I had a gentleman check it out at heritage via email and they said they didn't think it was authentic. I offered to bring it in so he could see it in person but things have fallen through. I'm not sure how to find out for sure if it's authentic but I need to because I can get my money back if it's not but times running out. Any ideas? Thanks
