I saw this beautiful Thurman Munson autograph for sale last night on eBay. Almost $10 grand. Then I go on sportsmemorabilia.com and see the same auto for sale at nearly twice the price. They're stealing from eBay sellers. I know we've touched on this before, and I know how it works. SM.com sells the auto and then buys it from the person on ebay and then makes money. That's just wrong. Isn't that illegal as well??

John, they (Sportsmemorabilia.com) have been doing that for years.
Although I don't agree with their method of selling, I'm sure the original seller of that item would have no issues getting payment for that item if Sportsmemorabilia.com sold it.
I thought of that too, Chris! I guess it's a win-win. And, SM.com isn't burdened by the eBay fees. LOL.
But anyone who buys their over-priced items should have their heads examined.
Does that look to you like it was written with a "gel" writing implement?
They also have a link to sell memorabilia on the bottom of their website ... it may be that the owner has just dual listed the item.
