Opinion on this Joe DiMaggio???

I have a strong feeling it’s fake the COA practically says it’s fake but let me know your thoughts! My father got this item as a gift!

You’re right...it’s fake. That COA is hilarious. Basically, it says...if there’s a dispute, we can get an “opinion” from an FDE who we know will for sure say it’s real...like Christopher Morales or another one of the “Forensic Document Examiners” who say anything is authentic.
