What is the difference between a pre-certification versus a quick opinion?

Just curious. Do they not basically have the same meaning?

I don't know that it is meant to be that - I've seen both fail. I think they are sales gimmicks to a degree. I don't care for either anyway - I do the same work w/o regard for source.

That would be remarkable. I've read the fine prints ;) I'd prefer they have a sense of credibility - I am OK! :D

do u really think r and r sends 1000 autrographs out for verification per every 2 weeks or do u think dealers I wont name who do so much volume send there stuff out ,well they don't.

Speaking generically, of course, it would be naive to think so. We all look at scans in one context or another.
