Beatles Signed Guitar and Drum Head

Has anyone heard of an auction company called High End Memorabilia in Gardena, CA. These two items are currently up for sale.  I’m not familiar with the style of these is this the work of a new forger? Thoughts?

Thanks for the heads-up. Haven't heard of them. And hopefully won't. ALL those signatures are junk, designed to deceive and rip folks off.

Just more lousy forgeries! These are the same "autographs" that  I posted that were on a Butcher Cover a couple of weeks ago...
