I'm quite surprised no one has responded
So I'll break the ice
I'm heavily leaning towards fake
And that story sounds very far fetched
Every Zep fan knows how much he loved his family and got to hate touring. I highly doubt he set up his drums in a bar and tryed schlepping LP's
It looks just like another Bonham I once saw online. Both of them strike me as different than any other authenticated Bonham's I've seen. Almost as if one was copied from the other. I've been looking for the other one just like this, no luck thusfar, still looking. So yes, I'm leaning towards your opinion.
To be honest
This Bonham looks nothing like any real one I have ever seen
But it does resemble a forgery but can't find it either. It's been posted here before
I am going to upgrade my opinion to fake
I see you are fairly new here and friends with Nate... Just saying
Spoke to my friend and believe he is being honest as he has never posted before anywhere and swears Jon was doing some talk on drumming and you could buy the album from him? he swears he got the autograph personally so more inclined to believe him. checked greig mcarthur site and looks good to me or is he a fraudster?
Link veracity aside, how did you interpret what MarkG showed?
John Bonham in a pub signing autographs for anyone who bought a £4 album—during Led Zeppelin's prime.
Yup...autograph must be good.
Thanks everyone appreciated :-)
That's what I was talking about seeing. Couldn't find it again, online or in my files. Good job, MarkG!
I think that site is Greig MacArthur's.
