Beatles photo with Jimmie Nicol

I'd like to know people's thoughts on this photo. I feel the formation of the autographs is okay.

However they look like they could be pre-printed. Is this a known facsimile?

Looks OK to me...I've never seen a Beatles with Jimmie Nicol pre-printed photo before. This is from June 1964
