No, not legit. Looks like it could've been signed to a friend as a joke - then somehow the LP got in the marketplace. The COA appears to be another Windows XP product, without any value.

+1. I'm not a Beatles guy but I've seen enough legit Harrisons on this forum to tell that this does not look like his flow from any period.
