Not well versed on Rock n Roll autographs so could use any help at all. It was told to me that it was acquired in the mail in the early 90's by an Irish collector.

I've owned a few Page signatures over the years. I am doubtful about this one. Hopefully, more experienced members will give you their opinion.

Nope.  If this is from a guy in Ireland, he has a ton of forged stuff that he shows in a frame, offers a low starting price, but everything is fake.
