doesn't matter any more Chris. The seller is happy because they made a buck, the buyer is happy because they got a signed Mantle that they can show off for 25% less than a TPA certed AUTHENTIC Mantle would have cost, Ebay made their money on the sale of this bogus piece of crap. Win Win win!
