Autograph and Roger Epperson COA authentic?

I found this autograph online for 1600€. It's with a COA from Roger Epperson. What do you think? I'm not sure.. Autograph and COA authentic or fake?

Same forger as many sold in this discussion.    https://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/is-this-michael-jac...    Roger's COA has been forged many times by this person, as well as a few other types of COA's

I just asked Roger today and yes, he said it's fake.
But what about the autograph? Fake as well?

Why would somebody fake a COA with an authentic signature with this type of value?

Curious, why would you continue to inquire about it once you know the COA is a forgery? Is the autograph being sold that cheap?

Maybe to increase the price. But okay it's fake! No she sells it for 1600€.
