It's been 5 years since we published our first Band-Signed Beatles Album Census.
It's time to update it!
A history of full-band-signed Beatles album prices would be hugely helpful to the marketplace as well, going back as far as we can, so let's build that, too. Not just from auctions, but reports from collectors and dealers who have sold them.
For starters, please read the 2011 Census, which had a few years of updating and other input added by collectors and dealers.
Add your research and commentary to this discussion for now, and as we get more data, we'll post two separate discussions to fine tune it. Once we feel comfortable with the information we have and what we have determined, we'll publish reports that will help collectors and dealers worldwide make better educated decisions on Beatles album sales and purchases.

I am not confident on the Lennon. If it was 100%, it would be worth much more than 100k. The only legit ones are from apple scruffs from what I’ve seen. That Lennon looks too perfect.
Ryan, I like that you're making your own decision and sharing your points and concerns. Discussion and debate are important!
Price-wise, the George and the Ringo are likely part of the reason the seller priced it where they have.
It’s amazing what still turns up after all these years. Can you imagine if the George and Ringo signatures were as nice as the other two?
If Caiazzo says it's good, that's good enough for me. However, I have some questions in my head -
Why is it so relatively cheap? The rushed George and Ringo wouldn't bring it down by that much.
The seller says it's authenticated by Tracks, but there's no letter from them.
Do I trust a seller who spells it 'Ciazzio' and 'Sargent Pepper'?
"Relatively" cheap probably because the signatures do not date from the period of the release of the album. Personnaly, I would prefer a signed album with signatures dating from the release rather than signatures obtained latter, individually. Even if this is an album with more signed copies known to exist.
Bertrand,
I'd be concerned if the Abbey Road had period autographs. Period 1969 band-signed items are RARE, even on a sheet of paper. The Beatles weren't getting along well by then. The autographs on the Abbey Road make sense to me.
If the Abbey Road had period autographs with a Caiazzo or Tracks'COA, I would not be concerned.
To illustrate my previsous comment, I would prefer a Sgt. Pepper's fully signed in 1967 for 65k$ (as sold yerstedy by HA) rather than an Abbey Road fully signed in the 80s' for 90k$... :-)
Very cool, Tommy. Thanks
The eBay Abbey Road seems to have disappeared, at least when using the link further up this thread. Did anyone save an image that they can post here?
