I think that there's a good chance Springsteen signed it.

Leaning towards authentic but a very rushed example so I wouldn't pay alot for it. I think baseballs should be signed with a ball point pen anyway.  Springsteen signed so much during his Broadway run and there are so many Boss Autographs up on eBay going unsold right now so it's a buyer's market.

I never understood why people have baseballs signed for non sports people. Anyone else know why?

Presidents started doing it in the 30’s and it caught on.
