What do you all think about this Paul McCartney signed magazine? It’s a signed copy of the fan club publication, Club Sandwich from 1993.
It comes with an LOA from RR Enterprises and Bob Eaton.

The "t" (hump) is what concerned me the most.
I've seen the sloppy "y" tail with the round curve to left and underscore often before in fast and sloppy sigs.
"Paul" is fairly textbook.

The PSA one looks reasonably iffy. Especially the "ul" connection. And how the "M" dips down at the end, among other things.
