Mickey Mantle autograph signed to my brother at a trade show in 1972 or 1973

I came across this website when I was trying to look up a value of this Mickey Mantle autograph signed to my brother at a trade show back in 1972 or 1973. Any thoughts?

It certainly is authentic and a beautiful piece.

Thanks for the response. I am looking for an idea of the value range since it was signed to my brother and not Mantle's name alone.

In all likelihood, what someone’s going to do is crop out the “to Robbie” and mat  it with a photo display so the “best wishes, Mickey mantle” is displaying. The issue is, there’s some background text that won’t cleanly crop out.

So, I would think of it almost as a signed card. I would estimate around $150 - $200.

You can also try posting it on ebay with a high BIN and the title reading it is personalized To Robbie. Mantle autographs will always do well but there might be a Robbie willing to pay a more premium price for an item personalized.

I agree with Jason.

Part of the title should ready "Inscribed To Robbie Best Wishes."

I do a lot of matting and would not even consider hiding the inscription in this case. The overall appearance of the piece warrants it to be kept and display as it is. Definitely an outstanding example and should draw interest.

It's an attractive piece just the way it is.

Very nice and I love the looped M in Mantle. Don't see that too often.

Thanks for the comments, Christopher. I sell a lot of autographs from my personalized collection, mostly commons and get above average prices from guys named Jason who buy my products. I'm sure a "Robbie" would absolutely love this item. And cooler than a photo or baseball which anyone can buy and it's so neat that it has "autographed at..." on the photo.
