I think it's real. Lennon's inscription keeps his signature from standing out—the area looks jumbled at first glance—and I'm not a fan of that. I don't doubt the authenticity of the autographs though.

The greater degree of slant on Ringo's T is unusual, and it's a super-nice autograph.

I'd discuss value with experienced Beatles folk if you plan to try to buy it.
