Derek Jeter Fraudulent Forged Signed 1993 Upper Deck Buyback Card

I just discovered this today (April 19, 2019).

It was listed by Ebay seller probstein123, who eventually took it down.

At this point I have no idea if this card is counterfeit or not, but the "AAA12990" should not be on the card.

I am also suspicious of the chipping on the card, which was so prevalent on the Jeter and Koufax counterfeit cards.

I am also suspicious of the hologram on the bottom left of the card on the reverse.

Upper Deck NEVER issued this as a BuyBack Card.

Fraud.

Please substantiate your claims with facts as to how you know this card to be fraudulent. I am the owner, the card was not taken down by probstein. I bought it at auction from this seller and sent it to psa for authentication. It came back authentic. The autograph looks good but I do see your point on the numbering. I have contacted upper deck and they will not provide me any information. I would like to know where you obtained your information in regards to this card “never “ being made.

It makes no sense to me that upper deck has no information reference for the sticker on the back of the card. What’s the good in having the database to look these up if they have no data? They couldn’t even tell me what the AAA’s meant on the back and pretty much just would not give me information in general. Above are all the replies from me asking for info after I sent them pictures of my card authenticated .

Hall Of Fame.  I appreciate your comments here.

One, I have NEVER seen that-style Jeter on that Upper Deck "1993 Buyback" card in which 93 were produced.

Two, there is a different color ink used on  your "14/23."

See below.  Side-by-side comparison.

Also observe this:  Why is that different-style "Jeter" the only card  with the different color ink on the "14/23?"

You may have to click your mouse on the below image to get a closer view.

Here is the back of the card.

Why does yours have that "AAA12990" on the back.

Why is yours missing the "UDC" identification number?

Why doesn't yours have the separate "Buyback Congratulations" card?

Again, you may have to click your mouse on the image to get a closer view.

I think Mr. Williams has provided more than enough evidence to justify questioning the authenticity of the card in the OP.

Summed up perfectly and look forward to a response from Hall of Fame Game Sports as the evidence shows this is not the real deal. Great work again!

Thank you, Terrier.

Thank you, Dan.
