Is there nothing that can be done to stop it? I've tried contacting eBay but nothing happens.

There is no way to completely stop this. Protect yourself is all you can do. You don't have the power to stop eBay, the seller, or the sucker who buys this garbage. As long as there is money to be made there will be people who exploit the uneducated. In every area of life.

Yes He even uses the same Gold pen on 90% of his listings, are people really that gullible to fall for it! He Takes £100s a week!
