Is this Authentic: KISS "Crazy" Mag Signed Cover

This purportedly signed cover is being sold by Heroes and Legends with the provenance explanation: This autograph is certified by a 20 year plus member of IADA (International Autograph Dealers Association) , UACC (Universal Autograph Collectors Club), IACC - International Autograph Collector Club), Manuscript Society, SAG (Screen Actors Guild), Southern California Motion Picture Council, APS (American Philatelic Society), ASCC (American Society Of Check Collectors), AFDCS (American First Day Cover Society), Hollywood Heritage Museum, and the Golden State Boxing Association. Additionally a member of the British Autograph Club and German Autograph Collectors Club. The COA issuer has the following credentials: UACC - Autograph Appraisal Course UACC- Autograph Authentication Course US Army CID Handwriting Program

Heroes and Legends run for MANY years by Myron Ross deals in garbage. He was kicked out of most of the organizations listed above. He got nailed for selling a Jimi Hendrix signed album that came out after his death.

Myron Ross was thrown out of the UACC Registered Dealer program. He was the first advertiser I kicked out of the magazine when I bought it in 2004. eBay should have booted him decades ago.
