The bigger question is would you be comfortable purchasing it? I'm just offering my opinion without knowing the price or where you found this. Here is a link to a good Sinatra signature study.

I've already seen that one and the one on RR. It's priced around $400.

That image is old. It has the little eBay camera in the lower right corner, which they haven’t used for at least 8 years. I’d ask him to take fresh photos.
