Thanks for the comments. I asked the seller for more info on the signatures and this is what he told me: 

I got it signed at the peninsula hotel 2 tours ago. The guys would sign leaving for shows.

These are genuine but would be considered low quality because they are hard to see with the background being what it is. Roger and Brian sign far too often to settle for anything other than perfection.

I personally dislike Roger's current rushed hand. It's so lazy its basically a few lines and a squiggle. Genuine, though. Much better visually, and the same price as his other item. 200 for both of them isn't unfair. 150 would be ideal for this being rushed, but 200 isn't outrageous by any means.
