Thats very sad and frustrating.

Maybe its time for R&R to hire renowned experts.

Have you ever tried to cosign with Sánders? They ask to get all items authenticated by PSA/DNA before they accept. I mean for God sake Sanders you are the expert not a noob buyer.

To summary: I dont mean to offend Im just telling the way I have been treated and have seen people get treated by Sanders.

The Elvis on the back of the postcard doesn't look right to me. Too hard to see the front autograph.

Squashed "E," six loops in "visP" and what looks like serious hesitation and a lack of flow in "resley". That's just part of the problem with the back in my opinion. The front appears to have six loops in "visP" as well.

I think you are asking why is it so difficult to authenticate an Elvis signature?

Great question and the best way to answer that is because he was consistently inconsistent in the way he signed and wrote. He could write fairly neat or like a 1st grade student. He would have big loops under his name or just trailing "y's" with no loop at all. I takes many years and hundreds of exemplars to understand the Elvis signature. He did almost always have some things (like anyone else) in his signature that carried on throughout his life.

In regards to Hans Bakker; when I was at his house he had a large shoebox full of signed postcards and candid German photos. Some signed both sides most not. He had at least 100 signed albums some signed many times some not. It was a real factory for sure.

I Didn't know where to post this but since this spot is top content I thought I'd post it here ( sorry greg).

I hope everyone is safe from hurricane Irene!
We lost power and phones and I am now breaking orders to stay inside to check my office one town away. My email is down. Hope my stuffs not under water.

We lost a few trees but the surge hasn't come yet. My kids and dogs are ok, so I am ok. Some people are not as fortunate. I am worried about my family in Cape Cod, a place that can be brutal in this kind of weather.

Everyone cross their fingers and hopefully we will ride it out!

Is your life so dull that you have to make childish statements like you can read my mind? Were you the one that passed that mind reading class? I'm sorry but I NEVER said anything but the one at the beginning of this thread was authentic in my opinion. The one you show is a bit more pointed but not even in the same realm as the initial one. I'm glad to see how much of your time trying to prove me wrong has taken up in your life. Maybe you should devote a bit of this wasted time to your family? Just a thought. What is this Koschal , Gladstone dictionary BS all about. Like I said before you use a fake name, you don't answer any questions and now you read minds and put words in my mouth. ANL needs more people like you Greg. You know just enough about Elvis to make you look foolish. When you want to learn about Elvis, never mind I wouldn't give you the time of day just like I wouldn't Koschal, Gladstone or any of the ANL crew of 4. Man up and tell everyone who you are like I do. Like I said before you Greg, can pick up my slack, you seem to know more than me or anyone else in the autograph community.
