Just had a reply to an email to them from a while ago saying there is a stock delay and that I will get an email when dispatched. They are useless. It arrived on Saturday and no dispatch email from them :D

Mine turned up on Saturday and the booklet is in a sealed clear cellophane bag with a barcode sticker with "QUALLIVESIGN" on it too.

Did it come in a regular envelope? My reshipper has trouble locating it since there wasn't a tracking number or anything
