Sting vinyl bundles with signed lithographs - very low prices !!??
Just found these special prices from a french page Vinyl Collector with various vinyl options and signed Sting lithographs (one is even with Shaggy). The prices are reduced 50% since all those lithos were sold previously for 60 EUROS.
What do you think about it ??

How do you guys pick these things up?
Actually more interested in the Eric Serra albums on there although at least there is '57th & 9th'. 'My Songs' is really cheesy, I mean considering all the rhythm sections he has had (Stuart Copeland, Omar Hakim, Vinnie Caiuta for G***'s sake), and he reworks some (fantastic) pieces of music with some fairly naff and dated drum samples and loops.
Anyway, thanks again for this, I'll be getting all of the Eric Serra albums.

Looks like only 2 serra signed options. If I was to get only one, which one would you recommend? Mike

OK this is sentimental territory for me. Subway will probably sound a bit dated unless you are really into the film and was Luke Beson's second film so probably still in cult territory. Big Blue was massive in France and is the start of Serra using more recognisable film music language. He started out as a bass player for Jaques Higelin who without getting too simplistic treads similar waters to Peter Gabriel in terms of his ability to incorporate (especially) African music. Subway is also based around a 'band' so the soundtrack is less obviously 'filmic'. You can probably hear examples of both on Youtube quite easily.

Actually I have ordered all the Serra colored vinyls (Fifth Element, Leon and Big Blue) which are not listed anymore (Nikita, Subway and the more expensive Big Blue boxed set are still available).
Will let you know once I receive the shipment which should be before Christmas.

I took the bite, and bought a couple of the Sting ones and Carla Bruni. Her new album is great. If possible use google pay or something that doesn’t directly tie your credit card number, I have had bad experiences of getting cc information stolen in Europe, so I rarely use my credit card info to purchase.

I ordered an Eric Serra signed Fifth Element LP after seeing him posting about them on his facebook page a week and a half ago so they will be legit at least. I haven't received it yet but considering the post at the moment that is not really surprising.

I'm gutted to miss those, I would have bought the lot in a flash. At least I got Subway, Nikita and The Big Blue Box.
I also got the Fifth Element coloured vinyl that Newbury did a few years ago.
