No these are from my own collection.  Guessing early 90's.  Jeff Clark was assistant to our Prime Minister and connected onto a Quantas flight to Australia.  Story was George was in First class on his way to a race in Sydney???  Jeff got both of them signed on the flight.  I believe they are legit but opinion matters.
