John Lennon Signed Sheet Music With Drawing?

Not sure what to make of this one. The drawing looks pretty good but the signature is tough to see due to the pen type. Or is this a transfer of some kind? Any other thoughts?

The amateur attempt at John's signature is the big red flag for me.
