Signed Eric Clapton Dollar Bill (Epperson)

I have been wanting to purchase this piece from Eric Clapton that is currently in Epperson’s collection. Both Beckett and PSA did not pass this through their quick opinion services. I do trust Epperson whole heartedly, but would like to get this encapsulated. 

Any opinions or suggestions?

In my opinion, that is not Clapton's autograph.I agree with PSA. Why don't you waste some more money and have John Spence take a look?

This is likely a rushed, in person signature. Although it is so sloppy that most TPA services won't authenticate it.

Agreed.  Appreciate the feedback here as I'm comfortable purchasing from Epperson but end goal is the encapsulate.  Thanks again!

I think Roger got it right and the others wrong.

I believe this to be authentic too.
