My “Signed” CD came in today with NO signature. I emailed them and I still haven’t heard from her team. I’m very upset this is happening, specially with a new artist.

I’m attaching a photo of what I received.

Check the envelope again, the art card could be stuck inside.

I opened the case and checked everywhere, they sent me a regular CD. And still, no answer to my emails

That’s a shame… I really hope that they solve your problem! I’m always worried that something like that happens with me, I’m still waiting for my journal and signed card to arrive, probably tomorrow.
