Where do you find the RACC group?

So disappointing.

Does anybody knows what happened to the signed lyrics sheets?

Some one posted pictures of theirs and they were also stamped Identical signatures

What can we do bout it? I got mine from townsend music!

this is freacking outrageous

Deliberate deception like this makes me so angry.

It’s not just the disappointment I feel as a customer/fan and possible loss of money, but they’re also taking advantage of the retailers who have to deal with our questions, complaints and returns. Not to mention the extra hit to the environment they create with all these packages unnecessarily going back and forth.

They probably only care about the charts; I assume the sales numbers have to be sent in before the returns are handled, so this album will be #1 next week.

From what I've read, this album is terrible too.

Got the following response from JPC. It'll be interesting to hear what the label has to say.

Dear Mr. Cooper,

thank you for your message.

It is indeed already on its way and cannot be stopped.

But because of your message I started a request in our purchasing department.

We will contact the label to find out whether these are autopenned or not...

As soon as I receive an answer I will contact you again.
Kind regards
Janina Walther

Michael,

I received a response from JPC this morning. See attached. They say I can return it within 14 days of receiving but I have to pay shipping. Looks like I will have to take further action on this.  Another waste of my time like the Chrissie Hynde garbage. Here is their response.

Dear Mr Johnson,

Thank you for contacting our customer service.

It is a pity that you wish to cancel your order. We regret this very much.

Unfortunately, as your order has already been released for shipment, a cancellation is no longer possible.
Please refuse to accept the delivery if this is possible.

If not, you can of course still cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please return it together with a short covering letter, which should include your customer number, the invoice number and the reason for the return, to the following address:

jpc Schallplatten Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH
Lübecker Str. 9
49124 Georgsmarienhütte

When your return arrives, we will then credit your customer account with the corresponding value of the goods.
However, the postage costs are to be borne by the customer in the event of a revocation.

If you have anyfurther questions, please contact us again, thank you.

Mit freundlichem Gruß

This is referring to the right to cancel (in EU you can change your mind for any reason, but then the return costs are to be born by you).

You should wait until you have received the item and then make a case that it is not as advertised. In that case the seller should offer a solution free of charge (replace, return, refund). Which solution they offer is up to the seller, but a replacement seems out of the question.

Seems like the seller still needs to confirm with the label that these are not signed by the artist. Give them time to confirm. They are a victim of these practices too.

Thanks! Appreciate the good information here. I will do that. Cheers!

I emailed JPC last evening, said the product was not signed by Van Morrison and it was just stamped through his management company. I asked for info on return refund including all postage costs. I received a generic email back this morning that they are delayed at answering emails due to a high volume of orders.

I guess all the Scam Morrison orders have them backed up

Yet I just received an e-mail by them informing me I can now order the signed vinyl.
