My partners order has been changed thinking about that the art card has been removed and they have upped the shipping and charged me for tracked when I paid for non tracked
my order extra order was cancelled totally
so maybe it is cause of them art cards they gave away for free :)
I have emailed them asking for info on what’s happened so hoping to get a reply fast they normally are quite good from previous experience with them

Answer to the question that I can’t see now
my partner did yes but I didn’t I have an account and orders through that like I did last time and not 1 of the 11 orders of 3 I did got cancelled this time I ordered the same amount of cds in 3 orders and they cancel 1
it’s just a ploy to get him to number one he never had that many to sell just wanted the numbers

Just checked my account and one of my orders is also cancelled. It says refunded but I haven't received a refund nor any email (yet).

If you checked out as a guest there’s option to add email addy and order number to check.
if you only ordered 1 I imagine your ok

I think Ed is getting a bit fed up with all this signing! Mine arrived today and the signature is hurried to say the least! Also, whilst the CD cover was signed there was no signed art card included.

I don’t think anyone got the free art cards I didn’t my mate didn’t and my sister didn’t when we all had them on order :(
Hopefully emailing them will sort it but I doubt it :(

I got these 2 today and I have 2 more coming up tomorrow. No signed art cards either. I was thinking they might be the ones he will be signing for the album, so they might come at a later date?
