Eric so please this is the Reason why i  am so only 50% unsure.... this is absolut exact the same

Part like my other 4 Bowie`s ( exept my 84`) whre i am not sure about....please can you explain why ...only about the Date wich is missing is not a Factor....thanx for your Time.... hope Andy sees this also..... i will learn to understand where is the Differenz....Thanxxxx to you all !

The circled area is incorrect and the "B" is painfully slow. See what Andy says.

This is also a no from me.

The shape of the letter O is also incorrect, in my experience; it curls in too tightly before going into the straight line that represents the remainder of his name.  Compare it with these three 1990s exemplars from my collection:
