Doesn't mean live ink. Still can mean printed, which is what I would interpret.

I just looked at the "hand written" song (All Too Well) is actually a long one.

Thinking of her face when she's told they sold 1,000 copies of this version :) and then sitting to write the lyrics personally on each and every copy...
(I know Lloyd Cole is doing it, but it cost 75$ for the written lyrics only)
