Signed Can’t Buy Me Love PIcture Sleeve

Seems to be not authentic signatures and not by Neil or Mal or secretarial?  Known forger style or fan  signatures? Any thoughts?

Paul looks surprisingly good. Unfortunately, these signatures have the appearances of intent to defraud. Also, whoever did this wasn't using their noggin' - this is a rare and insanely priced sleeve. Any scribbles or other flaws helps to destroy it's value, which they've done.

Yes sold for $300 US.  The scribbles dropped the value by at least the same amount.
