It is. Tobias Forge (of Ghost). He is the only 'actual' member. The others are just hired guns that are never named or identified.

Anyway, if it's Dashboard, probably just a Chris Carrabba signature, no matter the source.

That may be true but the D.C. are included in the sealed cd. So there are no pictures of them yet so it is possible other band members signed them.

already received mine from Newbury, 

Signed booklet is shrink-wrapped inside the digipack sleeve, front sticker says "autographed" with a different UPC stickered over the regular one.

CD includes insert signed by Chris Carrabba.
