In comparing it to the Madonna item I have(signed in front of me), This isnt good

I agree. Im a novice with Madonna signatures but feel you need to be extremely careful and examine precisely. From my limited knowledge, the angle of the last 2/3rds of the signature look off

Don't take my word on this at all.. madonna is faked too much there are too many authenticated examples out there with inconsistencies. Madonna is tough. Novices like me should not even be considered a voice in this matter. Wait for more eperts on this one 

Madonna has never been on my radar for autographs to obtain so I do not have much knowledge at all.. but as a novice, since i am questioning this right off the bat, maybe that in itself says something

Alexander, it’s close but it doesn’t look spontaneous and natural.  I’m also not sure it’s not a preprint of some sort. And forgeries are preprinted all the time.

It looks similar to the ones her manager signed but id wait to see what Kamran says on here.. He'll point you in the right direction
