Mickey Mantle 8x10 photo, Scoreboard COA

Hi, I would appreciate opinions on this Mantle 8x10 photo.  For what its worth, it has a Scoreboard COA attached on the back.  Thanks in advance for all replies!

This is a common mass-produced fake style. 

The Scoreboard COA looks like a photocopy of an original. Scoreboard was totally legit, however their simple paper COAs have been copied or swapped out with bad items over the years.

I saw it this morning but I was not sure. The traces looks like a Mantle's hand, but I felt not comfortable concerning to the ink. Whatever, once Steve has said his opinion, I honestly must say you'd trust him, Allen. Just my opinion.
