I like the idea of this, but they want 30 pounds to ship to USA.
If it was a true music book (not one of his cooking or cocktails books), I'd probably go in. Instead, I will wait and see if this washes up in B&N.
Edited to add: if I try to buy 2 books, they want 50 pounds to ship both.

I received my two books yesterday. Exceptional packaging by Coles. It was shipped Friday from UK and arrived in Dallas/Ft Worth on Monday. That might explain high shipping costs. Unfortunately, it’s a bookplated edition which I don’t think it was originally advertised as that. It came out that you are paying $34 extra for bookplate autograph.

thank you for posting this.. its still available. I was able to find a few friends and combine orders. We ordered 5 at about $36 USD each shipping to Illinois.. 2 of these are for me and my daughter.. she wont see this for about 20 years. Im pretty sure this is $36 well spent for her
