Hello All,

Would you buy this Sinatra? Why or why not? Normal wear and tear or fatally damaged?  Is there ANY

quality? Thank you for your opinions - very interested in your answers.

Actually, the only way I'd consider it is if there was proof Sinatra became pissed and crumpled the photo himself..

Now THAT'S one I'd love to have!

Me too!

Haha interesting

This is a good look at it. I am only considering it because of the low price and I want to preserve it, in a way. To me, I look at it more as a piece of history than just an autograph. For a low price I see it as not so much an investment, more than just something to have. I have other autographs in far better condition and are better for presentation purposes. This to me is just something like a preservation piece, and a cheap damaged Frank autograph.

As long as you are not trying to trick yourself by saying these things to justify this purchase because its cheap (ive done this to myself in the past) if you have a plan and can get past the damage while being completely honest with yourself about it.. then maybe you are the best person to end up with this item..

If it stays cheap then I could definitely live with the damages and just frame it to preserve it from further damage.

As long as you are aware of every negative and have a thought out plan. If it will make you happy, go for it. Even if you buy this for a low price, be prepared to take a loss if you ever try to resell. Maybe your vision for this item is better than anyone else on this forum. Maybe you can work some magic and have this nicely displayed. Id be very interested to see what you end up doing with it. Although, If your intentions are to preserve it, I have my own opinions on that as well. I dont consider any items on display as being preserved.

Just make sure you are honest with yourself and completely think this through. And of course,, don't bid until the last few seconds since this is on ebay

Yeah, I am very aware of the issues with reselling, and I honestly don't think I would since all the negatives grossly outweigh the positives. Just gotta take a risk sometimes and see if I can make something work. I am being full honest with myself about this piece and as it sits, I don't see anything in the current range at the end being absurd for it.

If pencil signatures, cuts from these years, are bringing $400+ who can say. Good luck!

That is true, but only time will tell. I appreciate the luck!
