The comic con signing was no sign of ability. He probably signed a few hundred at most. We're comparing that to pre orders of 5000+
Right and I agree…I guess that could have been said without antagonizing the person who posted in good faith.
I think its relevant.. he signed a few hundred in a day at 1 event... if he signs a fraction of that every day over the next month and a half, there might be a great outcome for all of us.
The picture also helps others who decided to pass on this cd for now, waiting to see what they look like on the secondary market and will buy there if they end up authentic.. I was contemplating doing this but ended up taking a chance. If they turn out fake, I will be buying an ozzy from someone.. the picture posted will help me locate a real one.. might not be this cd but it will aid in obtaining a real ozzy autograph.. which In my view is really what the thread is about.. I couldn't care less about the actual cd
I saw someone get 3 items signed the other day in LA on the street. All 3 looked different and very sloppy. So when all of our CDs come in looking fantastic it'll be pretty easy to determine if they're real or not.
I had Kenny Wayne Shepherd sign 8 cd’s at a meet and greet on-stage no less and as steady as he is some were a bit different.
MarkCollector, I'm unable to reply directly to your last message.. this in response to his street graph being sloppy and comparing it to what we will possibly get.. You can't rely on that information. A street graph vs a sit down graph can vary widely. Its great that you are keeping your eyes open, and sure, it could possibly be used as an aid to determine authenticity on other items, but its unnecessary when it comes to weather these cds will be autopen or not.. if they are autopen, it will be known almost instantly once people start receiving them. I wont be using a street graph for that info
Ozzy has a contest to win a signed print:

so are these authentic hand signed by ozzy? too lazy to read the full thread
Thanks!
Nobody knows. His last ones were autopen, but he's done some small signings lately for other things, so some speculated that would mean he'd be able to sign these as well... but as of now, nobody knows for sure.
I just received a shipping notification about 30 minutes ago... It's coming from Georgia via Fedex... It doesn't specify if it's just the cd or if the autographs included...
He must be feeling great after his operation... He has made several public appearances including one tomorrow night in LA...
